The study was conducted to find out high school teacher’s difficulties on implementing 2013 curiculum. This research was qualitative descriptive research. The population were 78 high school biology teachers in Bandar Lampung City. The sample was taken using proportionate random sampling. The collected data were description of learning quality, learning assessment, and learning implementation, which was collected using questionnaire and interview. The results showed that planning difficulties were formulating teaching learning indicators and selecting appropriate teaching materials.
