The objective of this research was to know the influence of organic fertilizer concentration from the wastes of kepok banana peels on the growth of mustard greens. The results of the study used as a source on the preparation of students worksheets. In this experiment, there are four treatments and six repetitions. Fertilizer concentration used were: 0, 20, 40, 60 mls/plant/application. Data were variety analyzed and BNT tested on the level of 5 %. The results of this research showed that liquid organic fertilizer of kepok banana peels influence very real on the growth of a mustard greens plant, which included the height of plant, number of leaves, and width of mustard greens leaves.
