Abstract: This research is aimed to improve the students’ learning interest in mastering vocabulary using Microsoft PowerPoint. Common activity which was done by the teacher in teaching learning process using blackboard and chalk were subtituted by using Power Point Slide with LCD Projector, sound system, etc. Through those devices the material presented in audio visual, colorful, and real picture in order to make the students interested in learning English. So, the technology was important to arouse the students’ interest in learning English, especially in mastering vocabulary.
