PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KEPRIBADIAN PRODUKTIF TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan secara parsial tentang pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat berwirausaha, pengaruh kepribadian produktif terhadap minat berwirausaha dan secara simultan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kepribadian produktif terhadap minat berwirausaha Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket dan studi dokumenter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai koefisien korelasi parsial sebesar 0,423. (2) kepribadian produktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai koefisien korelasi parsial sebesar 0,401. (3) secara simultan kecerdasan emosional dan kepribadian produktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha memperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,546. Secara persentase sebesar 29,8% dengan tingkat hubungan interpretasi yang sedang, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional dan kepribadian produktif terhadap minat berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepribadian Produktif, Minat Berwirausaha Abstract: This study aims to identify and describe partially on the influence of emotional intelligence on the interest in entrepreneurship, productive personality influences on interest in entrepreneurship and simultaneously the influence of emotional intelligence and personality productive to student interest in entrepreneurship FKIP Economic Studies Program, University Tanjungpura Pontianak. Techniques and tools data collection used in the form of questionnaires and documentary studies. Results showed (1) there is positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence to the interest in entrepreneurship with a partial correlation coefficient of 0.423. (2) personality productive positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship with a partial correlation coefficient of 0.401. (3) simultaneous emotional intelligence and personality productive positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship obtain the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.546. Percentage of 29.8% with the level of relationship interpretation is, it can be concluded that there are significant between emotional intelligence and personality productive to interest in entrepreneurship.
