The article deals with solving the problem of forming and self-evaluation of ICT-competence of mathematics teachers to be, during their professional training. Is made the analysis of preparation's standards of mathematics teachers to be in the foreign countries (Spain, Turkey, North Caroline), which bears evidence of advantages of mastery of ICT as an instrument of searching, interpretation and using information; as a source of knowledge and communication.
