In this work, liposomal structures were obtained on the phospholipids complexes basis extracted from raw materials of various etiology and a comparative analysis of content some biologically active substances groups in them, as well as of the antioxidant activity (AOA) and structures stability were carried out. Researches allowed estimating AOA of biologically active complexes extracted from plant raw materials and marine hydrobionites at the cellular level in the form of liposomal structures - the simplest models of a "living" cell.
