The article presents findings of investigation of domestic and wild ducks carcasses to determine the extensity and intensity of affecting them with sarcocystosis as well as learning the basic symptoms of pre-slaughter and post-slaughter diagnosis of disease. The authors determine also marketability, organoleptic, physical, chemical, and microbiological indicators of domestic and wild ducks meat affected by sarcocystosis comparing it with healthy poultry meat.
