Гендерные особенности становления инновационного потенциала у студентов

The given article provides a thorough empirical analysis of the results of the research which is aimed at investigating gender and personal characteristics of the innovation potential development in bachelor and master degree undergraduates. The derived data illustrate the aspects of innovativeness in groups with different levels of innovation development. The comparative analysis of the manifestation of the innovation potential aspects and the interpretation of the results obtained with due regard to gender representation of the selection allow to define the principal ways of the innovation potential development in would-be specialists in the practice of contemporary higher education.В статье представлен подробный анализ результатов эмпирического исследования проявления гендерных и личностных характеристик инновационного потенциала у студентов, обучающихся в бакалавриате и магистратуре. Полученные данные иллюстрируют характеристики инновационности в группах с различным уровнем развития. Сравнительный анализ проявления показателей инновационного потенциала, интерпретация полученных результатов с учетом гендерной специфики выборки позволяют определить ведущие направления по развитию инновационного потенциала будущих специалистов в практике современной высшей школы
