This article deals with the actual issues of the public-private partnership (PPP) development in Russia. Shortcomings of the modern organization of such a partnership, which are preventing the increase of its efficiency are revealed. The author proposes the new PPP interpretation as the most important form of the productive relations organization, which is necessary for the preservation of the Russian economy’s market structure. It consists in the formation on the contract (consensus) basis of truly mutually beneficial relations between the state and the business community of the country in order to achieve the sustainable positive development of the economy of Russia, an all-round improvement of the level and quality of life of its population.В статье освещаются актуальные вопросы развития государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) в нашей стане. Вскрываются недостатки современной организации такого партнерства, мешающие повышению его эффективности. Предлагается новая трактовка ГЧП как важнейшей формы организации производственных отношений, необходимой для сохранения рыночной структуры российской экономики. Она состоит в формировании на договорной (консенсусной) основе подлинно равноправных взаимовыгодных отношений между государством и предпринимательским сообществом страны в интересах достижения устойчивого развития экономики России, повышения уровня и качества жизни ее населения
