In the article variants of treatment of elbow hygroma in dogs are considered. A retrospective assessment of different treatment methods is given. Conservative treatment: aspiration of exudate in a monoregime and with the introduction of a drug diprospan into the cavity of the hygroma. Surgical treatment: installation of drainage; excision hygroma; excision hygroma and local flaps grafting; excision elbow hygroma and defects replacement with the use of skin-muscle flap latissimus dorsi and cranial superficial epigastric axial pattern flap.Рассмотрены различные варианты лечения гигромы в области локтевого отростка у собак.
