© 2019, Pediatria Ltd. All rights reserved. Objective of the research - to identify polymorphism of genes encoding innate immunity molecules in children with neonatal sepsis (NS). Materials and methods: 70 newborns were examined. They were divided into 2 groups. The first group consisted of 44 children with NS, 17 of which (39%) were born prematurely. The main foci of NS were: Pneumonia (13 cases, 29%), meningitis (12 children, 27%), enterocolitis (10 cases, 23%), pneumonia in combination with enterocolitis (2 children, 5%) and pemphigus (2 children, 5%). In 5 children (10%) the disease was in the form of septicemia. 2nd, the control group consisted of 26 children who had no signs of an infectious disease, 11 of whom were born prematurely. ...
