Analysis of market structure and competition level in core sectors of the Russian Federation petrochemical cluster

The article considers the regional industrial systems development characterized by the implementation of large-scale economic and social programs, a newly established system of indicative management and is oriented to the economic potential and competitive edges retention. The article deals with the increase of competitiveness of regional producers and puts emphasis on the tools for economic efficiency estimation within resources utilisation.
