An experimental installation for measuring viscosity and density of liquids is described. Using the modified methods of dropping load and magnetic suspension extends the working installation limits in pressure from 0.1 Pa to 300 MPa and in temperature from 100 to 500 K. The maximum measurement error of viscosity and density is equal respectively to 1.5 and 0.15%
