Influence of a solar eclipse on Doppler frequency shift of signal from upper atmosphere

The Doppler shift frequency (DSF) method and based on it the interference goniometric techniques are effectively applied in ionospheric researches [1-3]. The long-time continuous measurements are required for research the ionospheric processes and rare events, such as solar flashes and solar eclipses.
