One new genus and 12 new species of small foraminifers are described from the Lower-Upper Permian boundary beds in the Pechora Coal Basin. New and previously described taxa are important for the recognition of the Lower-Upper Permian boundary in marine faciès and for its correlation with the boundary level in the type sections in the Volga-Uralian Region.
