Au cours des vols spatiaux, les astronautes sont sujets à de nombreux stress perturbant leur organisme et notamment leur système immunitaire. Afin d’étudier ces altérations et du fait du nombre restreint de missions spatiales, il est nécessaire d’utiliser des modèles permettant de simuler, sur Terre, les stress rencontrés en vol. Au cours de cette thèse, nous avons étudié les effets de stress associés aux vols spatiaux sur le système du complément et les cellules dendritiques (DC).
