La détection rapide de bactéries est un enjeu majeur dans différentes domaines que ce soit l’agroalimentaire, la santé ou le secteur militaire dans sa lutte contre le bioterrorisme. Les biopuces sont des outils d’analyse prometteurs pour remplacer les méthodes classiques de détection qui sont longues et coûteuses.
