L’association entre psychose et migration a largement été établie dans plusieurs études en Europe. Ce risque est en lien avec le processus d’immigration en tant que tel, mais il découle aussi de la qualité de l’interaction entre les groupes migrants et la population du pays d’accueil, et plus largement ses institutions et son contexte social. En France, un français sur quatre a des origines immigrées sur deux générations.
