Interatividade no telejornalismo tocantinense

The work investigates how television news in Tocantins interact with viewers during the presentation of programs. For this purpose, the programming of Jornal Anhanguera 1 ° Edition (affiliated with Rede Globo) and Balanço Geral (affiliated with Record TV) was analyzed from September 30 to October 4, 2019, totaling 12 and a half hours watched. The analysis categories established followed the parameters of the content analysis and included the following aspects: a) types of interaction; b) content of interactions; c) name of the viewer; d) location of the viewer and; e) time of interactions. Along with the content analysis, interviews were carried out with the presenter of Jornal Balanço Geral and with the journalism coordinator at TV Anhanguera Palmas. The results achieved point out that the JA 1st edition uses two channels (WhatsApp and QVT) to receive the content of the interactions, while the Balance Sheet uses only whatsApp. The content of interactions with viewers in the programs is mostly characterized by photos, videos and daily messages from people who live more in the state capital. The duration of the interactions varies in each program and does not follow a single production logic. The types of content for interactions are photos, videos, messages and agenda suggestions.O trabalho investiga como os telejornais do Tocantins interagem com os telespectadores durante a apresentação dos programas. Para tanto foi analisada a programação do Jornal Anhanguera 1° Edição (afiliada à Rede Globo) e Balanço Geral (afiliada à Record TV) durante os dias 30 de setembro a 04 de outubro de 2019, totalizando 12 horas e meia assistidas. As categorias de análise estabelecidas seguiram os parâmetros da análise de conteúdo e contemplaram os seguintes aspectos: a) tipos de interação; b) conteúdo das interações; c) nome do telespectador; d) localização do telespectador e; e) tempo das interações. Ao lado da análise de conteúdo foram realizadas entrevistas com a apresentadora do Jornal Balanço Geral e com o coordenador de Jornalismo da TV Anhanguera Palmas. Os resultados alcançados apontam que o JA 1º edição usa dois canais (WhatsApp e QVT) para o recebimento do conteúdo das interações, enquanto que o Balanço Geral utiliza somente o whatsApp. O conteúdo das interações com os telespectadores nos programas caracteriza-se em sua maioria por fotos, vídeos e mensagens do cotidiano das pessoas que vivem mais na capital do Estado.
