PENGARUH CR, DER, ROA, ROE, NPM, EPS TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN REAL ESTATE & PROPERTY YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2013 - 2016

This study is to examine The Effect OF CR, DER, ROA, ROE, NPM, and EPS to Stock Return on Real Estate & Property Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2016. The Independent Variables used in study is CR, DER, ROA, ROE, NPM, and EPS. Then Dependent Variable used is stock return. A sample of 42 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Market was selected. The sampling method used in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The model used is panel data with the Common Effect Model approach. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that CR, DER, ROA, ROE, and NPM are insignificant to explain in Indonesia Stock Exchange Market while EPS is found positive and significant impact on stock return.
