The research objective is to develop a Capture the Flag (CTF) competition to educate local high school students about the world of cyber security. College students around the world compete in cybersecurity related competitions which teach new skills while providing networking with companies and opportunities for internships and jobs. Providing a similar experience for local high school students offers similar benefits at an early stage in their career. Our team is creating a jeopardy-style competition which involves tasks to complete in a wide range of cybersecurity categories.
