This study aims to develop a composite material of coconut coir waste for cooling-pad in a cooling system with water in the utilization of coconut coir waste. Tools and materials used are pressure equipment, composite molds, digital scales and other tools needed in the process of making composites. While the main ingredients of the composite are coconut fiber waste and unsaturated polyester 157 BQTN resin. The hardener used is MEKPO with a concentration of 1%. Composites are made by the press mold method. The volume fraction of the composite reinforcement is 50% and 60%.
