Pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional,Komisaris Independen,dan Kepemilikan Manajerial Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Go Public yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2017-2018.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Institutional ownership, Independent Commissioners, and Managerial Ownership on the value of Go Public Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2018 period measured using Price Book Value (PBV). This study uses a purposive sampling method, which uses case studies in manufacturing companies, namely the consumer goods industry sector and basic and chemical industries. The population of this study was 77 companies, the sample amounted to 25, and the amount of data amounted to 50. In this study using multiple linear regression test, analysis of the classical assumption test, test the determination of the estimating model, and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this study indicate that the variable of institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on firm value. The independent commissioner variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Managerial ownership variable has a negative and significant effect on firm value.
