Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Umur Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROA) (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2017)

This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership and company size on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in a three-year period with a purposive sampling method. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis used to examine the effect of managerial ownership structure, institutional ownership, firm size and company age on the company's financial performance. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data sources from this study were obtained by downloading financial statements at each manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, which were obtained through the site of the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and financial reports published by Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) www .idx.co.id in the period 2015-2017. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and company age, does not affect financial performance. Whereas managerial ownership company size influence financial performance
