Gambaran Faktor Resiko Penyebab Kekambuhan Reumatoid Arthritis Di Desa Mancasan Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo

Introduction Rheumatoid Arthritis is an inflammatory disorder that has a chronic and systemic nature with an unknown ethology, which not only affects the joints but also extra-articular organs. Signs of symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis recurrence are joint pain accompanied by stiffness in the morning, swelling and feeling hot red and weak, Accompanied by a decrease in flexion or extension, the joint may also experience ankylosis accompanied by loss of total mobility. Factors causing recurrence include knowledge factors, work / activity factors, dietary factors, lifestyle factors and medication factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the causes of Rheumatoid Arthritis recurrence in Mancasan Village, Baki Puskesmas Work Area. This research method uses descriptive analysis research type with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 91 people with Rheumatoid Arthritis in the Mancasan Village, Baki Community Health Center. Data analysis uses univariate analysis. Results of the study The majority of female respondents were sex. Age category of respondents is the majority of early elderly. The majority religion category is Islam. The category of majority education is elementary school. Knowledge factors Rheumatoid Arthritis is a disease of joints as many as 71 people say yes (78%), work / activity pain factors during heavy activity as many as 68 people say yes (91.2%), dietary factors consume offal as much as 68 say yes (74.7 %), lifestyle factors lack of sleep as many as 62 people say yes (68.1%), factors of medicine consumption of drugs as many as 60 people say yes (65.9%). Conclusion The highest factor of the cause of recurrence of Rhuematoid Arthritis in Mancasan Village Area The work of the Puskesmas Baki is a work / activity factor, the two factors are food type, the three lifestyle factors, the four treatment efforts factors and the lowest factor that causes Rheumatoid Arthritis recurrence is the knowledge / perception factor about Rheumatoid Arthritis
