Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Hotel 1001 Jakarta

This research aim to analyses influence of work discipline and work motivation to employees work productivity in Hotel 1001 Jakarta. Population and sample of which is used in this research is employees in Hotel 1001 Jakarta a number of 125 respondents. Hypothesis examination in this research used statistical analysis with program of SPSS covering validity test, reliabilities test, classic assumption test, doubled linear regression, coefficient of determinacy (R2), t test, and F test. Results of research indicate that there is influence of work discipline in improving employees work productivity. There is influence of work motivation in improving employees work productivity. The simultaneously show there is influence of work discipline and work motivation to employees work productivity. Result of the examination coefficient of determinacy (R2) indicating they are, work discipline and work motivation can explain variability employees work productivity
