This study aims to analyze the effect of price, promotion, and quality of service on consumer satisfaction in online grab bike transportation. This type of research is quantitative. In this study using primary data in the form of questionnaires. The population in this study were students of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta who had used the online grab bike transportation service. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, while the sampling method in this study used nonprobability sampling by purposive sampling.
