Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Leverage, Dan Kepemilikan Dispersi Terhadap Pengungkapan Good Corporate Governance (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2018)

Good corporate governance (GCG) is corporate governance is improve company performance through supervision or monitoring of management performance and ensuring management accountability to interested parties. This study aims to determine the effect of company size, profitability, leverage, ownership dispersion on good corporate governance. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling in the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018, so that the sample in this study is 57 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that company size influences good corporate governance. Where profitability, leverage, ownership of dispersion have on effect on good corporate governance. Keywords: good corporate governance, company size, profitability, leverage, ownership dispersio
