Rape is of coercion of any kind in sexual intercourse outside of or opposed to personal volition. This crime doesn’t recognize age, gender, time and economic status. Commitment and firmness in upholding human rights and guarantees all citizens have an equality before the law. The rape is considered but often given by the attention of human rights only half, not optimal and just to become the object of research. As a result, the validity of the data surrounding this case is difficult, because there are still many victims who do not dare to reveal the case that happened to them for fear of being used as public scorn material. So that legal protection given shall ensure benefit , legal certainty , and justice. This writing uses qualitative methods. Qualitatively analyzed to see the relationship and suitability between the data and then conclusions can be drawn.
