This study aims to determine the effect of rpm variations on manufacturing machined souvenirs CNC milling routers 3 axis in mdf material, on the surface roughness produced in units (Ra) which results are good, and the effect of feed rate variations on the machining process time. This research uses mdf materials and uses CNC milling machines. 3 axis routers with mach3 control machining process are carried out with a rpm variation, and surface roughness testing using a roughness testing device (Roughnes Tester Type TR200 with ISO standard). The results showed that the feed rate variation produced different levels of roughness in the machining results of CNC 3 axis router milling, the level of surface roughness in the CNC milling...
