This study aims to analyze the effect of poverty, population growth rate, human development index, and gross domestic product on district / city regional spending in East Java Province in 2016-2018. The data used was obtained from the Ministry of Finance website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and the Central Statistics Agency. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. Panel data is a combination of cross section data and time series. The model chosen in this study is to use the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) method after conducting the chow and hausman tests.
