The aim of this work was to analyse the reproduction organs and sperm quality from the 16 culled stock bulls: perform the research of frozen, fresh semen, and the semen taken from (research the mobility, concentration, pathological spermatoza of semen). The analysis took place in 2018–2019 LSMU VA Animal reproduction laboratory and in LSMU VA pathology centre – necropsy hall. In total we had 32 bull testis (left and right), 8 samples of fresh semen (4 – from the first ejaculation and 4 from the second ejaculation); 16 samples of frozen semen and 12 samples of semen taken from the epididymis, at total we had 36 samples of semen.
