Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Dharma Mulia Buana Abadi Palembang

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline On employee performance PT. Dharma Mulia Buana Abadi . The population in this study were all employees of PT. Dharma Mulia Buana Abadi totaling 52 people. Data was collected through questionnaires , where the data obtained from the study were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques were processed using Special Package Software and Service Solution ( SPSS ) Version 20.00. The results obtained from the processing of the data showed that the Work Motivation does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT . Dharma Mulia Buana Abadi 17.5 % and Work Discipline has a significant influence on employee performance at PT Dharma Mulia Buana Abadi 19.2% . It is based on a 4.15 table that shows the regression coefficient value and also a 4.16 table that shows the significance level of 0.047
