We provide a practical construction to map (slightly modified) GOTO-programs to chemical reaction systems. While the embedding reveals that a certain small fragment of the chemtainer calculus is already Turing complete, the main goal of our ongoing research is to exploit the fact that we can translate arbitrary controlflow into real chemical systems. We outline the basis of how to automatically derive a physical setup from a procedural description of chemical reaction cascades. We are currently extending our system in order to include basic chemical reactions that shall be guided by the controlflow in the future
