The present paper comments on a bibliography compiled by the authors. The bibliography consists of selected studies on telecommunications in Argentina dealing specifically with the telephone. Neither other two-way communication media nor mass media are included here. As research on spatial aspects of telecommunications within the geographical field in Argentina is still scarce and was inexistent until recently, the literature commented upon covers studies on telecommunications made by engineers, economists and historians, among others, dealing with technical, economic, historical and statistical issues.Este trabajo comenta una bibliografía compilada por los autores.
