This study explores flexible workplace practices across several companies to examine the experiences of working women located in the Southeastern region of the United States. Three primary research questions guided this study: 1. What experiences (relationships, professional, and personal) as well as motivational factors shape the life course of women in corporate settings who pursue or choose not to pursue a flexible schedule, and how have the experiences impacted work-life integration decisions? 2.
