International audienceObjectives: Subcutaneous (SC) infusion of antibiotics may constitute an interesting alternative to oral or intravenous (IV) administration in elderly patients (1). However only ceftriaxone and amikacin are officially approved for SC administration in France and the lack of pharmacokinetic (PK) data constitutes a major obstacle (1).
