Дослідження процесів взаємодії в системі наповнювач – епоксидно-акриловий плівкоутворювач

This paper considers the influence of surface properties of disperse fillers and the nature of film-forming agent at the physico-chemical interaction in the system of composite material. Fillers with different surface parameters: specific area and polarity used. Calcium carbonates are characterized as high-polar surfaces, and kaolines – like medium polar. The first have low specific surface area in comparison to the second. It is shown that the polymer absorption value depends on the grade of surface development in greater extent than on the polarity of it. Also mentioned that more polar epoxy polymer shows greater degree of interaction with both types of surfaces. This fact is evident from the results of water vapour sorption determination and ir-study of the systems. The results of the study can be used in coating technology to obtain compositions with increased level of interaction between polymer and filler thus providing increased strength and atmospheric resistance to the protective coatings. Данная работа посвящена оценке влияния свойств поверхности дисперсных наполнителей, а также природы связующего на взаимодействие в системе. Показано, что при увеличении дисперсности наполнителя степень взаимодействия увеличивается. Эпоксидиановая смола взаимодействует с наполнителями в большей степени, нежели стирол-акриловый полимер. Установлено, что все взаимодействия в системе носят вандерваальсовский характер.Дана робота присвячена оцінці впливу властивостей поверхні дисперсних наповнювачів а також природи плівкоутворювача на взаємодію в системі. Показано, що при збільшенні дисперсності наповнювача ця взаємодія підвищується. Епоксидіанова смола взаємодіє з наповнювачами в більшій мірі ніж стирол-акриловий полімер. Встановлено, що всі взаємодії в системі носять вандерваальсівський характер
