It also accounts for 25% of emissions of carbon dioxide on the national level, it consumes a lot of energy for the production of domestic hot water (DHW) and the heat and cold production. For this reason, the building is considered a huge reservoir of potential energy savings, hence the existence of numerous research studies on this topic, [1].
