AIMS: In patients without obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD), we examined the prognostic value of risk factors and atherosclerotic extent. METHODS AND RESULTS: Patients from the long-term CONFIRM registry without prior CAD and without obstructive ( 6550%) stenosis were included.
