The objective of this paper is to present a review of the relationship between organizational factors and workplace harassment. We reviewed the following Open Access electronic databases Redalyc, Scielo, Doaj, Latindex and Google Scholar, limited to the period 2013 through 2018, using the following key words: workplace harassment, mobbing, workplace violence, psychosocial risk factors and organizational factors; the scope was limited to Latin America. Results indicate that there is insufficient empirical evidence of workplace harassment in relation to organizational factors.
