INTRODUCTION: The consumer of health services is the main element to assess their quality, making the degree of satisfaction in the key indicator of quality of care, without forgetting the multidimensional approach, and the influence of factors specific to the patient and the organization. However, the instruments used to measure user satisfaction are not so specific to assess the perceived satisfaction in units such as intensive care.
