Objective: To present the results obtained from the construction of an index to analyze the intelligence and sustainability of five cities in Mexico. Three of them are the largest in the country such as Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, and two smaller cities, but no less important, as is the case of Aguascalientes and Querétaro. Methodology: Quantitative, using a weighted index with four dimensions of analysis constructed from secondary information sources (official data from Mexico). Results: Measurement and analysis of selected cities in the dimensions Social, Economic, Environmental and ICT Access-Use.
