Quality of Service in Mobile Cellular Networks is an increasinglyimportant research field. Society is demanding higher datatransmission rates and better reception than ever before. As the generations of wireless protocols, e.g, 3G-5G, are going toward shigher data rates, their cell range, or reception area is however constantly decreasing. This puts a demand on user equipment, e.g,phones to switch cell to maintain high quality of service. These switches, or Handover processes are demanding on the CPU. Hence, as handovers increase in numbers, it puts computational stress on the user equipment and radio base stations.
