Antecedentes: las enfermedades cardiovasculares (ECV) se encuentran entre las principales causas de muerte en todo el mundo. Los factores de riesgo de CVD se desarrollan durante la infancia y la adolescencia, y la calidad de la dieta se ha relacionado con el desarrollo de la CVD.
