ANALISIS VEGETASI TUMBUHAN PANTAI PADA KAWASAN PARIWISATA DAN NONPARIWISATA DI PESISIR PANTAI SLOPENG SUMENEP SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR BIOLOGI

The Slopeng Coast is located in the Subdistrict of Dasuk and is divided into two areas, namely the tourism area and the non-parisata area in the form of coastal forests. Incorrect management of coastal tourism will reduce the level of diversity in the region. Comparative analysis of coastal vegetation in tourism areas with non-tourism needs to be done to know the difference. This research is expected to be used as a reference as a guide in managing the correct beach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in coastal vegetation in tourism and non-tourism areas on the coast of Slopeng Sumenep. The study was conducted by observing the condition of coastal vegetation in tourism and non-tourism areas on the coast of Slopeng Sumenep. Vegetation analysis was carried out by calculating the value of Relative Density (KR), Relative Frequency (FR), Relative Dominance (DR), Important Value Index (INP), and Shannon-Winner Diversity Index (H ') in the coastal plants found. The results showed the total number of coastal plants found in two coastal areas of Slopeng Beach as many as 12 species belonging to 11 families namely Cocos nucifera L., Casuarina equisetifolia G.Forst, Borassus flabellifer L., Spinifex littireus (Burm. F.) Merr., Canavalia maritima (Aubl.) Urb., Brucea javanica (L.) Merr, Opuntia elatior Mill., Ziziphus rotundifolia Lamk., Calophyllum inophyllum L., Calotropis gigantea (L.) Dryand, Acacia auriculiformis A.Cunn.ex Bth. and Vitex rotundifolia L.f. There are 4 types of plants that are not found in tourist areas, namely Z. rotundifolia Lamk., O. elatior Mill., V. rotundifolia L.f. and Brucea javanica (L.) Merr. The composition and structure of vegetation in the Slopeng beach tourism area is more controlled compared to non-tourism areas, so the amount of vegetation is low. Based on the study it was found that the results of this study have the potential to be used as learning resources in the form of booklets that will be used for class X high school students on various Indonesian Biodiversity Levels
