Quality of life is defined as an individual's perception of his or her position in life in the context of the culture and value systems in which they live and in relation to their goals, expectations, standards and concerns. The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of life of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in the Oncology Department. Target population of the study which is descriptive in nature was all cancer patients (n = 50) who had treatment in the oncology department of a university hospital located in Adana/Turkey.
