In this study, we wanted to emphasize that women who have renal transplantation can live healthy pregnancies with a careful follow-up. BACKGROUND: 204 patients underwent renal transplantation in our center and 84 of them were female. Five of our patients (one of them had two births) gave birth to a total of 6 pregnancies.
