Bu çalışmada, elektrospin yöntemiyle yüksek yüzey alanına sahip, glisin, tirozin ve glutamik asit aminoasitleri ile oluşturulmuş poliamid 6 polimer yüzeyler üretilmiştir. Yeni izole edilen Bacillus subtilis E6-5 şuşundan elde edilen proteaz ve ticari proteaz (ORBA Biyokimya/İstanbul) enzimlerinin, hem glutaraldehit (GA) ile aktifleştirilmiş PA6/aminoasit nanolif yüzeylerine hemde saf PA6/aminoasit yüzeylerine immobilize edilerek enzim aktiviteleri ve tekrar kullanılabilirlikleri incelenmiştir.
