This studyexamines the effect of job insecurity on the level of emotional exhaustion and the role of affective commitment level on this influence. The survey (was conducted on 136 employees of a company operating in the manufacturing sector. Data were collected by questionnaire technique. In the process of analyzing the data was used SPSS and AMOS packaging programs.Structural equation modeling analysis was used to test the hypotheses developed in the research. The findings of the analysis showed that job insecurity effects affective commitment in the negative direction and emotional exhaustion in the positive direction.
